Position: VP, Risk Management- Credibility Capital

 

About this role

·      Evaluate and decision small business loan applications.

·      Evolve credit and anti-fraud processes and policy across the customer lifecycle. 

·      Evaluate new data sources for use in risk management.   

·      Partner with Engineering on underwriting automation build-out.

·      Mentor junior team members.

·      This leadership role reports to the Chief Credit Officer. 

 

Who we’re looking for

·      An enthusiastic risk professional with 2+ years of lending experience.

·      Experience in small business underwriting (especially financial underwriting) is a big plus.

·      Degree in a quantitative field.

·      Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

·      Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
